Boumans & Associates, Inc. employs the following key elements in the
process of placing personnel:

RECRUITING
Boumans & Associates, Inc. strives to maintain an ample
pool of qualified candidates. Many tools are used to carry out this task.
The most prevalent of these are Internet posting, college and technical school
recruits publications, newspaper ads and the increasing Boumans & Associates, Inc.
network of individuals, organizations and companies.

QUALIFYING
Our goal is to supply quality personnel. To make this a reality
each candidate is reviewed and tested to ensure their ability to perform in
the manner to which they are expected.

TRAINING
The continual improvement and integrity of the services we offer our
clients is paramount to Boumans & Associates, Inc. For this reason training is
offered and promoted to our associates, for their benefit as well as ours. Training
classes can be initiated by a client's request or as Boumans & Associates, Inc.
utilizes it's own in-house training and technical support division to enhance the
personnel placement division.

Personnel placement benefits companies in ways that are not readily apparent. Listed
